Adult Follow Up Sessions

Service Description

These events are free to join will take place over Zoom for an hour in an evening, from 7:30 – 8:30pm, covering different topics each time: • Thursday 24th February 2022 – Self-harm • Wednesday 27th April 2022 – Depression • Monday 27th June 2022 – Anxiety • Tuesday 27th September 2022 – Personality Disorders • Tuesday 29th November 2022 – Suicidal thoughts Each session will follow a similar format, including: • Introductions • Sharing wins and woes • Taking a look at the topic • Time for questions The purpose of these follow-on sessions is to: • Remember some of what you have learnt • Talk about how you are using it • Share any good conversations or tricky conversations you have had • Ask any questions Please book the sessions you would like to attend.

Cancellation Policy

The course materials will be sent out 14 days before the course booking, after this time refunds are not available. However if you are unable to attend the course on the day please let me know and we can reschedule for another day.
